In order to prepare for and pass the exam for the PMP certification, I created a more detailed variation of the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) framework table. I based the changes on knowledge that I accumulated in a Project Management class at the Thunderbird School of Global Management as well as from my personal experiences and observations in the technology industry.
